A more challenging yoga class

The new stronger yoga class is aimed at those looking for something a little more challenging from their yoga. It is a general hatha yoga class. It is open to everyone and no previous yoga experience is necessary. However, its is more physically challenging than the other general classes and so a basic level of fitness is recommended.

This class is perfect for anyone looking to achieve something more from their yoga workout, and is ideally suited to for athletes and sportspeople.

Yoga is widely recognised as the perfect complementary exercise for athletes or anyone in training – which is why it is used by Andy Murray, Ryan Giggs, Manchester City FC and the New Zealand All Blacks among many others!

Regular yoga practice improves strength, balance and flexibility – helping to improve performance, reduce injuries, and aid in the treatment and rehabilitation of existing conditions.
